lovely staff helpful reception clean room
The staff in the kids club were so lovely, especially Eva, Sophia and Vero. Reception staff, Carlos and Guida were very helpful. The waiting staff were very accommodating. Their sincerity felt genuine. The hotel was very clean. The room was clean too, with a comfortable bed.

The staff provided really good service, showing kindness and efficiency. Their attention to detail greatly enhanced my stay. They handled all requests quickly and professionally, with smiles , made every interaction a pleasure.

The hotel provided a free shuttle bus. This was convenient. The indoor pool and spa were good. The kids club included great facilities. The games room and movies were a bonus. The coin operated laundry was useful.

The hotel is in walking distance to the beach. Made it easy to enjoy seaside activities. A supermarket is nearby. This made it simple to get all necessary items. The breakfast had an excellent spread too.

I stayed half board and enjoyed the food. Breakfast was excellent. I especially enjoyed the omelettes. There was a good choice of fruit and bread. I loved that. Dinner had good variety. It suited personal choices.

Acceptable stay with issues
broken lock low temperature
The room showed its age. The balcony door lock was broken upon arrival, but maintenance fixed it quickly. The refrigerator knob was glued to the number 1 setting. I could not lower the fridge temperature. I needed to refrigerate medication, so I was worried, though it turned out ok.
